Yamaha NS-AW592 all-weather speakers

A club ordered a pair of these speakers from us to install in their premises or rather, outside their premises. Seeing that it will be exposed to the elements like sun and rain, they chose these Yamaha speakers for such an install. I installed the bigger brother of these speakers in another club recently and from what I checked and I know, it is still going on fine. These babies are no slouches either in the performance and durability department. Their specs, from their website is as follows:

• 2-way acoustic suspension
• 6-1/2″ waterproof cone
• 1″ fluid-cooled, coated soft dome
• 55 Hz–20 kHz frequency response
• 88 dB/2.83 V/1 m sensitivity
• 150W / 50W input power (maximum / nominal)
• 6 ohms impedance

These were installed yesterday. It was very easy to set up and the mounts that came with them were a snap to install on the wall. Just get a couple of anchor bolts, drill into the wall and install the mounts and then the speakers on them. So it all looks pretty good and I am sure that the club are going to enjoy their purchase.
