M1 stopping their unlimited mobile broadband plans


Looks like M1 is doing away with unlimited mobile broadband plans. I bet if you ask them, they will give some sore of lame excuse that basically says “everyone is doing it”

Makes me wonder if we are a nation of followers, not leaders

America did it because it is many times larger than our tiny island state of Singapore and thus has more cell-towers and mobile base stations to cover the whole country. It is not to say we take advantage of the system as seen in this report here. From what I see, the telcos just want to reap more profit$

Starhub better not do this or there is going to be hell to pay
