QPR – 0 Manchester United – 2

A few hours from now, QPR is going to host Manchester United at Loftus Road. Rio Ferdinand will be starting against his old club and Harry Redknapp, after the scare that he gave Liverpool recently, will be looking forward to do the same against Manchester United. Just curious…will we be playing a 3-5-2 formation or revert to the more popular 4-4-2? Let’s see what happens

********** EDITOR’S NOTE **********

Scrappy first half and a not so fluid first half. Second half saw Fellaini coming on for Mata who had already received a yellow card in the first half. And a good choice it was too as far as Van Gaal was concerned because Fellaini scored the first goal! QPR down by one. Harry Redknapp looked lost for a moment and then could only shake his head in disbelief. There were so many chances by both sides and there were a few times when Radamel Falcao could have scored if not for the excellent saves by Greene. But unfortunately for Greene, he was beaten in extra time by a blistering run by James Wilson who scored the second goal! So that is how it finished. QPR – 0, Manchester United – 1. Woohoo! 3 points!
