The customer is always right…sometimes


Have you ever felt this way? When the customer comes to you yelling for service? I used to get it all the time when I was in the service sector and I have always believed that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure…anyday. So always remember to give your best service and you will always have customers. Some may seem a bit angry and demanding. Maybe it is because they are frustrated. Maybe they feel let down by the broken-down piece of equipment that you sold them. Whatever. No matter what, always try your best to serve them. That is what customer service is all about
