The SanDisk X300s SSD drive


I have been looking at this SSD drive from SanDisk. Apparently this is an SSD that automatically encrypts in the background to increase performance while enhancing security. SanDisk has touted that this is an SSD that is ideal for corporate PCs and notebooks and features industry-standard security support and a Device Sleep (DEVSLP) low-power mode. Available in sizes from 64Gb to 1Tb, it looks pretty good.

I wonder how much it is going to cost. It looks pretty interesting…
