1,644 applications received for licensing medical marijuana facilities
This is an interesting bit of news. Apparently, Michigan, a state in the USA has been legalising marijuana for medical use. However, since the state began licensing medical marijuana facilities in 2018, there have been 1,644 applications received and 51 denied during the “pre-qualification” and background check process. That is good news about the stringent checks. There are people who will just abuse this right and claim that they run clinics and need that license. It could be some bogus claims for all we know. It is know fact about how helpful marijuana use can be for medical use. I hope that it stays for strict medical use and not abused.
