Phase 2 of the circuit breaker opens today

According to the press, Phase 2 of reopening is to start today and social gatherings of up to five persons is allowed. Also, retail outlets may open, dining in at F&B outlets will be permitted, and tuition and other private enrichment classes can resume with some exceptions. I really wonder what those exceptions will be. But what I hope is that infections do not creep up but then again, we cannot stay this way forever. Covid-19 has really shattered our economy and I really hope we can recover from this. Remember all, keep social distancing alive and wear your mask.
