Stolen OFO bike

When I was young, I got my bike stolen twice. I was really devastated when it happened. I really hate bike thieves. Check out what I saw just the other day while I was out cycling. I saw this OFO bicycle halfway painted and missing a crank-arm. I can more or less guess the character of the low-life that stole it because there are a lot of them near my office area. As you can see, the identification number has been taken out, along with one of the crank-arms. The kids that do this really need to be counselled because if they can do this to a rental bike when they are young, imagine what they will be up to when they get older.
