Mistral water heater is dead

My wife told me this morning that the heater I bought about 6 years ago had died. That was a very lucky break indeed that no one got electrocuted. This Mistral heater, to be honest, had one of the indicator lights die out pretty early. That was an omen if there ever was one. This morning, I tried the heater and it looked like water was dripping out of the heater. That is very dangerous. I will buy a new one this weekend and install it. Oh well…6 years is not a bad run for a rather inexpensive water heater.
